新华社北京5月23日电 中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席、中央审计委员会主任习近平5月23日下午主持召开二十届中央审计委员会第一次会议。习近平在会上发表重要讲话强调，在强国建设、民族复兴新征程上，审计担负重要使命，要立足经济监督定位，聚焦主责主业，更好发挥审计在推进党的自我革命中的独特作用。做好新一届中央审计委员会工作，要坚持以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念，聚焦全局性、长远性、战略性问题，加强审计领域战略谋划与顶层设计，进一步推进新时代审计工作高质量发展，以有力有效的审计监督服务保障党和国家工作大局。

Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the meeting, emphasizing the significant mission of auditing in the construction of a strong nation and the new journey of national rejuvenation. He emphasized the need to focus on the main responsibilities and core tasks based on the positioning of economic supervision, and to better leverage the unique role of auditing in promoting the Party's self-revolution. 会议指出，做好新时代新征程审计工作，总的要求是在构建集中统一、全面覆盖、权威高效的审计监督体系，更好发挥审计监督作用上聚焦发力。要如臂使指，增强审计的政治属性和政治功能，把党中央部署把握准、领会透、落实好。要如影随形，对所有管理使用公共资金、国有资产、国有资源的地方、部门和单位的审计监督权无一遗漏、无一例外，形成常态化、动态化震慑。要如雷贯耳，坚持依法审计，做实研究型审计，发扬斗争精神，增强斗争本领，打造经济监督的“特种部队”；做好与其他监督的贯通协同，形成监督合力。

会议强调，审计整改“下半篇文章”与审计揭示问题“上半篇文章”同样重要，必须一体推进。要把督促审计整改作为日常监督的重要抓手，将审计结果作为干部考核、任免、奖惩的重要参考。对整改不力、敷衍整改、虚假整改的，要严肃问责。
The meeting emphasized that the "second half" of auditing reform is equally important as the "first half" of revealing problems through auditing and must be advanced together. It is crucial to make auditing reform an important lever for daily supervision, and to use auditing results as important references for cadres' assessment, appointment, removal, and rewards or punishments. 会议指出，今年是审计机关成立40周年。党中央对审计寄予厚望，要传承审计光荣传统和优良作风，塑造职业精神，提高专业能力。要全面从严治党治审，深入开展主题教育和审计队伍教育整顿，建设忠诚干净担当的高素质专业化审计干部队伍。
The meeting pointed out that this year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of auditing institutions. The Party Central Committee has high expectations for auditing and expects the inheritance of the glorious tradition and good style of auditing, the cultivation of professional ethics, and the enhancement of professional capabilities.
